2010
On July 8, 2010 the Shareholding Transfer Agreement was signed and the Latvian company Liplats 2000, SIA became the new shareholder of HBM Pharma s.r.o.
2010
On February 1, 2010 the business name Hoechst-Biotika, spol. s r.o. was changed to
HBM Pharma s.r.o.
2005
On July 25, 2005 the Equity Purchase Agreement in Paris was signed, SANITAS AB, Kaunas, Lithuania became the sole shareholder of Hoechst-Biotika.
2004
Biotika a.s., as a shareholder of Hoechst-Biotika, divided and transferred its ownership interest in favour of G. V. Pharma, a.s. Hlohovec and Pharma Slovakia C. V., Lochem, Netherlands.
2001 – 2002
Completely new microbiology laboratory presenting the highest technological parameters for laboratories of this type ran its operation.
1999 – 2000
This period was focused on meeting all requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), reconstruction of the air-technology systems, creation of an independent Dry-granulation Department in the production of tablets.
1999
Hoechst Marion Roussel amalgamated with the French pharmaceutical company Rhône Poulenc Rorer and AVENTIS Pharma was established.
1996
Hoechst-Biotika became a part of the Hoechst Marion Roussel Group after Hoechst AG merged with the U.S. pharmaceutical company Marion Merryl Dow.
1995 – 1997
New filling line for ampoules, using the new and unique barrier insulator technology was installed. Hoechst-Biotika, spol. s r.o. was the first company within the Hoechst AG group owning and operating the equipment of this type.
1993 – 1994
On March 10, 1994 the technological equipment producing tablets, ointments and creams was put into operation.
1992
On March 2, 1992 a joint-venture of the German pharmaceutical corporation Hoechst AG, Frankfurt am Main (52,23 %) and the Slovak pharmaceutical company Biotika, š. p., Slovenská Ľupča (47,77 %) was established.
